Prezident İlham Əliyevin "Aztəminatlı ailələrə birdəfəlik maddi yardım verilməsi haqqında” imzaladığı sərəncam bir daha təsdiq edir ki, dövlətin sosial siyasətində əsas prioritet vətəndaşların rifahının yüksəldilməsi və sosial təminat mexanizmlərinin daha da gücləndirilməsidir.

Qaynarinfo xəbər verir ki, bu fikirləri deputat Vüqar Bayramov bildirib.

O, sərəncamın icrası ilə bağlı bəzi sualları qısa olaraq cavablandırıb:

- Kimlərə yardımlar ödəniləcək?

- Sərəncam hazırda aktiv ünvanlı sosial yardım alan ailələlərə şamil olunacaq. Yəni, hazırda sözgüdən proqramın iştirakçısı olanlar həmin yardımı almaq imkanına malik olacaqlar. Bu isə o deməkdir ki, yardımlar 76 min ailəyə şamil olunacaq.

- Yardımlar necə ödəniləcək?

- Yardımların alınması üçün hər hansı yeni karta ehtiyac yoxdur. Ünvanlı sosial yardım alan ailələrin mövcud kartlarına pulun ödənilməsi həyata keçiriləcək.

- Yardımların alınması üçün hara müraciət etməli?

- Yardımların təyinatı və ödənilməsi proaktivdir. Bu o deməkdir ki, mövcud elektron baza əsasında yardımların kartlara ödənilməsi reallaşacaq.

- Digər sosial proqramlarda iştirak edənlər bu yardımı ala bilərlərmi?

- 200 manatlıq birdəfəlik maddi yardım yalnız ünvanlı dövlət sosial yardımı alan ailələrə şamil olunur.

- Ünvanlı sosial yardıma müraciət edən, amma hələlik yardım təyin olunmayan ailələrə 200 manat ödəniləcəkmi?

- 200 manatlıq birdəfəlik maddi yardım ünvanlı dövlət sosial yardımı artıq təyin olunmuş ailələrə şamil olunur.
